DESCRIPTION
Silica is usually referred to the natural quartz sand（that is: SiO2）, which is an important chemical raw material, mainly used to manufacture fire-resistant brake, mono-crystalline silica and cement etc, playing an vital role in the industry. Meanwhile, the silica powder which is after precision milling is widely applied in cementing job under temperature higher than 110°C , by increasing the ratio between silica and calcium within cement matrix, so as to improve the long stability under high temperature.
Silica power is mainly applied to oil well cement with Grade G and H, and it can also be used with density adjustor such as Iilmenite, barite, coal power to configure slurry with different density
Silica flour is usually appeared to be grey white or yellow power, density range 2.60g/cm3~2.80g/cm3, the addition of slurry volume is around 30%~50% (BWOC).

l The silica flour is non-toxic;
l During use, uniform, anti-dust mask and eye glasses should be worn;
Package and Storage
l Silica flour is usually packed with plastic-lined weave bag, 25kg/ea. If other packing form is requested, it can be packed accordingly.
l Silica flour should be placed ventilated and dry warehouse, avoiding sunshine or rain.
l Silica flour can be kept long with stability as long as it is not affected by moisture and well packed.
l During transportation and application, damage to the packing should be prevented.
