Description: The product is brownish red powder with strong resistance to alkali and temperature. Under the condition of high temperature and pssure in deep well, it has excellent performance in reducing fluid loss and lubrication and has special effect on maintaining the rheological property of the fluid system. Since it is a kind of polymer vulcanized product, it also has the anti-collapse property.
Application: The product can be directly applied into the WBM drilling fluid system with salinity smaller than 100,000 ppm. The performance will be better when it is used together with treatment additives such as modified lignite, sulfonated extract, wooden acids and lignite resin etc. it can resist temperature more than 200 C. the normal dosage is around 1.0-2.0%.
Package and storage:
The product is packaged with three-layer bag with polyethylene liner, net weight of each bag 25 kg, stored in dry and ventilated warehouse.
Safety:
It should be avoided contact with eyes, skins and closes, otherwise, wash it with large water immediately!
